Simply Hired
http://www.simplyhired.com/
This free meta-site "pulls listings from thousands of sites across the Web including the leading job boards, company career sites, newspapers, non-profits, government sites, and more."  In the two-tab basic search form, you can search by keywords that represent your job (example: parks ). You can limit your search to a geographic location (example: NC). Once your search is completed, you'll see Facets on the left side of your search results that allow you to limit by date the job ad was posted; name of employer; job type (full time, part time); education required; and others.

You can set up an account, which will allow you to post your resume, apply for jobs, save a search and receive emails of new jobs matching it, and save job ads that you find through the search engine.
