Not all camps have negotiated library privileges.  Please contact the Office of Conference & Event Services with any questions about eligibility.

Once the camp is approved, Camp Counselors are eligible for check out privileges for items held within Belk Library. Here are the details:

• There is a maximum limit of 20 items, including a limit of 3 movies, at a time. 
• Standard loan periods are 3 weeks for most books and 3 days for movies, OR the counselor's expiration date, whichever is shorter.
• Please be mindful of due dates and request a renewal at any service desk if needed or fines will result.  Loan privileges will be blocked if fines incurred exceed $60.00
