To avoid delays in services, counselors and campers should bring their ID cards with them in order to check out items.
Campers and Counselors will be provided a computer username and password by the Office of Conference & Event Services in order to log on to library computers. Please log off the computers after usage. For problems with logins, come to the Main Service Desk on the first floor for assistance.
Counselors will need to contact their department for instructions on printing. For Duke Tip staff, contact the App Card office at x6141 or go to Trivette Hall for instructions.
Campers may purchase a print card beside the Circulation Desk for $1.00. Additional monies may be added to the card. Cost of printing = .03 cents per copy, copiers = .10 cents per copy.
Please note that summer school is in session and many of our students are diligently using our resources to complete their assignments. We encourage campers to be respectful of others as they use our resources. The Third Floor is our SILENT floor so please adhere to this policy. Need assistance? Please come to the service deskson the First Floor and we will be glad to assist you.
For safety purposes and in compliance with our Unaccompanied Children Policy, counselors should accompany their campers and monitor their activity in the library. Our computers are not filtered.
The Lower Level seems to be the least congested area in the summer and also houses our Instructional Materials Center which is geared to children and young adult literature. This is a good place to take campers for grade level appropriate materials for their projects.
