- Use a photo of yourself, or an avatar that looks like you. This helps orient the user, and really stands out.
Tabs
- If you use tabs, it is a good idea to include links to those pages in a box on the main page, for those who do not see the tabs.
- Fewer tabs is better, with 5-7 as a recommended maximum. Try not to use a second row of tabs.
- Use short titles (one word if possible) for tabs.
