Questions to ask yourself:
Authority questions:
Who wrote the page and can you contact them?
Does the person or group have expertise related to your topic?
Accuracy questions:
Does the page indicate when it was produced vs when it was last updated?
Is the content outdated and/or are the links working or broken?
Are external references or information sources given to accompany the information?
Purpose questions:
What is the goal of the information on the page?
Who appears to be the audience for the information?
What level of detail is given?
Remember, the internet is a grey place. While there are reliable, authoritative sources on the internet, there is also mis and disinformation. Be critical with every source you encounter as there is not clearcut way to determine what is "good" or "bad."
