Getting started - Defining your Topic
What is your topic?
- Brainstorm the different aspects of it by using a concept map.
- Conduct preliminary library research to learn about it, including general information, issues related to it, terminology and more.
- Search tip: Unfamiliar with the topic? Consider using the general Chemistry Guide to see recommended sources and strategies.
- Write a thesis statement or research question. Sample: PR or ER? How does creatine supplementation affect women’s health?
