Find U.S. Geological Survey Books, Pamphlets, and other Stand-Alone Publications
Many USGS books, pamphlets and booklets, and other one-time publications that are not part of a numbered series are included in the ASU Library catalog. Some additional titles may be available via the U.S. Geological Survey web site.
USGS Books and Pamphlets in Belk Library
The Library has U.S. Geological Survey one-time publications that are not in a numbered series in paper, microfiche, and electronic formats. Select the Books and Media tab on the Library catalog page. If you find a record for a publication that you want to see, note the location(for example, ASU GOVT US) and classification number (for example, I 19.42/4:99-4086) in the record and follow the directions below:
ASU GOVT US. Go to the government publications collection on the lower level of Belk Library. The collection is located in the northeast corner of the floor, near the University Reading Center.
ASU MAIN STACKS. Go to the main book collection on the second floor of Belk Library
ASU MAIN STACKS OVERSIZE. Go to the oversized (very large) book shelves on the third floor of Belk Library.
ASU MICROFORM US. Go to the microfiche collection on the lower level of Belk Library.The collection is the the northeast corner of the floor, just outside the University Writing Center. Look for the aisle labeled U.S. Government Documents.
ASU SPEC APP COLL. Go the Special Collections Department on the fourth floor of Belk Library

Go to theU.S. Geological Survey web site and click Maps, Imagery, and Publications at the top left of the screen. Select from the Publications box.
