Customer Journey Mapping Project - Jan 2014 to Dec 2015
Task force members analyzed 8 scenarios where students interact with library services online or in-person.  Results and outcomes documented on the linked guide.

M​embers of the Services Implementation Team observed the 1st floor Atrium, Writing Center, and 4th floor Atrium, to determine how the spaces are being used. Recommendations for future space utilization are included based on patron usage.
