Chat with a Librarian - During fall and spring semesters librarian are available online.
Meet with a Librarian - Schedule a RAP session to meet one-on-one with a librarian (in person in Boone or online) for research help.

Interlibrary Loan
You can request books and articles from journals not held by the University Libraries through interlibrary loan (ILLiad). Request forms can be accessed from the library's web site. There is no charge for this service. Delivery time for materials requested through interlibrary loan ranges from 2 days to 2 weeks.
