About the collection
This guide represents a small sample of the many streaming and DVD options for U.S. Constitutional studies. Remember, if the Belk Library doesn't have an item you seek, be sure to request it through InterLibrary Loan (directions below) or Submit a Request for the Library to purchase (see below).

Amending the Constitution by
This program is an indispensable tool for helping students to understand the constitutional amendment process and to see its importance in their own lives. It defines what an amendment is, explains why amendments have been needed down through the centuries, and describes the process for proposing and ratifying an amendment. Amendments used as illustrations of the process of changing the Constitution have been carefully selected for their interest value to today’s students. America's Constitution by
The Constitution replaced the Articles of Confederation to balance power between state and federal governments. Its fifth article allows for amendments. The Bill of Rights protects individuals.
