Deposit Agreement Is Required 

Deposit to Open AIR is available only to Appalachian State University faculty, students, and staff. 

Prior to depositing your work, you are required to fill out and sign a Deposit Agreement.

Deposit Agreements

There are three Deposit Agreements:

• a General Deposit Agreement for all Appalachian State University works, excluding student theses and dissertations

For Theses and Dissertations

• an Electronic Thesis Deposit Agreement for students is distributed by the Honors College
• an Electronic Thesis and Dissertation Deposit Agreement is distributed by the Cratis D. Williams School of Graduate Studies

Honors College and Grad School students will receive instructions on submitting their thesis or dissertation after completing the appropriate deposit agreement.
