How long until the material arrives at my home?

Local books, dvds, and more: 
ASU materials are mailed to your home - normally within one week.  
Western Carolina University or UNC-Asheville books are sent to ASU and then mailed to your home - in approximately one week.
Note:  You may need to renew your books in order to factor in return mail time.

Books from away:  
Delivery time from the distant library to ASU's Belk Library varies from 1 to 3 weeks.  The book is then mailed to your home address. 

Can I have dvds and movies mailed to my home?

ASU dvds and videos can be mailed to you.
UNC-A and Western videos cannot be requested.

Can I borrow an iPad?

Due to the fragile nature of this item is not eligible to be mailed to distance education students.

What IMC materials may I have mailed to my home?

Books, maps, videos, CDs and other formats.  Kits cannot be mailed.

Can I renew my books?

Books from ASU Main stacks, IMC, Special Collections:  Two renewals are allowed -- if no other holds. To renew go to My Account or call (828) 262-2818.

Books from Western and UNC-A:  Three renewals -- if no other holds. To renew go to My Account or call (828) 262-2818.

Books from away:  Contact Interlibrary Loan at (828) 262-2826.
