RM 4210 Senior Seminar: Finding Employment in Recreation & Leisure: Job Sites G-M

This guide provides URLs and basic search steps for sites that list job openings in recreation and leisure. It also lists some print sources of job listings; these sources can be found in Belk Library and Information Commons.

Hcareers.com. Hotel and hospitality jobs

     This site is dedicated to employment in the restaurant and hospitality field. The job openings database can be searched free. Click on Advanced Search. Under the Industry menu, options include Cruise ship, Hotel/Resort, Retirement facility, Spa, Travel and tourism, and University/College. There are options to search non-U.S. jobs on the International Locations menu.

     This site lists hotel and resort jobs. Go to the top right corner to search jobs.

Idaho Recreation and Park Association

     On the menu bar on the left, near the bottom, click on: Employment.

  • At the top, on the right, click on: Jobs. 

  • In the What? bar, type in an area of interest or keyword. 

  • In the Where? bar type in a location.

  • This site includes jobs with nonprofits.
